Oslo

Norway's capital, Oslo, is located at the head of the Oslofjord on its southern coast. It is renowned for its museums and green parks. The Norwegian Maritime Museum and the Viking Ship Museum, both of which house Viking ships from the ninth century, are just two of the many of these that can be found on the Bygdy Peninsula. A ski jumping hill called Holmenkollbakken offers sweeping vistas of the fjord.
